How the referral program works

Four steps from introduction to payment. There is no portal to learn and no agreement to negotiate before you start — the form beside this page is the submission.

1

Submit the referral

Fill out the form with your contact’s details and a short note on what they need. If you would rather send it by email, our referral manager can take it that way instead.

2

We validate it

The referral manager checks the lead is new to us — not an existing client, not already in our pipeline — and confirms it fits our target profile. You get an acknowledgment email with the next steps either way.

3

We make contact within 48 hours

A member of our sales team reaches your referral within 48 hours to set up an introductory meeting, then qualifies the opportunity on budget, security need and timeline before it enters the pipeline.

4

You get paid

If they sign, your referral fee is paid within 30 days of the contract being signed and their first payment clearing.

What you earn

5%

of the signed deal value

$1,000

cap per successful referral

30 days

to payment after signing

A fee is paid on every successful referral that results in a signed contract, and there is no limit on how many you send — the $1,000 cap is per referral, not per partner. We also run periodic incentive campaigns with bonuses on top, such as extra rewards for multiple referrals inside a set window.

Who can refer

Technology partners and MSSPs

Vendors and managed providers who run into security work that is not theirs to deliver.

Consulting and advisory firms

IT, accounting, legal and insurance firms whose clients need an assessment, compliance work or a response plan.

Businesses in related industries

Any business operating alongside ours with a client who has a genuine security need.

There is one limit: the company has to be new to us. Referrals that are already clients of iFlock, or already in our sales pipeline, are not eligible — and we will tell you which it is in the acknowledgment email rather than leaving you guessing.

What we give you to work with

A dedicated referral manager

One person owns the program end to end — validation, follow-up and payment processing.

Quarterly reporting

A quarterly summary of where every referral you have sent stands and what you have earned.

A direct support line

Questions about a specific referral or the program itself go to a person, not a ticket queue.

Materials you can actually use

Brochures, case studies and pitch decks so you can describe what we do without having to guess.

Training and webinars

Regular sessions on our services and the referral process, so your team knows what to listen for.

Incentive campaigns

Periodic pushes that add bonuses to the standard fee for a limited window.

Questions partners ask

Do I need to sign anything?

Yes. Partners sign a referral agreement setting out the terms and conditions of the program. We send it once your first referral is validated, so you are not filling out paperwork before you know whether the lead qualifies.

How is my referral’s information handled?

Everything you submit about a referred lead is treated as confidential and handled in line with data protection regulations. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

What if the company is already in your pipeline?

Then the referral is not eligible for a fee. Our referral manager checks this during validation, and the acknowledgment email tells you directly rather than letting it go quiet.

When exactly does the fee get paid?

Within 30 days of two things happening: the new client signs a contract, and they make their first payment. Both have to land before the clock starts.

Can I refer more than one company?

Yes, and there is no cap on how many you send. The $1,000 ceiling applies to each individual referral, so five successful referrals can pay five separate fees.

Does the program change over time?

We collect partner feedback continuously and review the whole program annually to check it is still working and still worth your time. Changes are shared with active partners before they take effect.

Not sure it qualifies? Send it anyway.

If you are unsure whether a company fits, submit it and we will validate it and tell you either way — it costs you one form. If you would rather see what we would actually deliver for them first, start with a free security assessment, or look at the technology and service partners behind the work.

Submit a referral

Takes about two minutes. Required fields cover who you are referring and who to credit — everything else is optional context that helps us prepare.
